Well, it's been almost a week now but I have been having a hard time catching up. The evening of Emma's party the three of us (Emma, Travis and I) got a very yucky tummy bug and were all so sick. I have been behind ever since.
Emma had a wonderful party. So many of our family and friends were here to celebrate her turning 3. She was so excited about seeing everyone and playing with the kids and was thrilled with all of her gifts. We are truly blessed!
I really think that I am going to like the "3's" a whole lot better than the "2's". She is so much fun and can really carry on a conversation. She comes up with the wackiest things! She even knows how to count to 5 in Spanish! She absolutely loves puzzles and her books and has been having so much fun playing dress-up.
She started dance class as a gift from MiMi (Donna) and had her first class last Wednesday. It's a little ballet/tap combo class and she will even have a recital in May on the big stage. She took right to it like a fish to water and cried because she didn't want to leave. I was so proud. She looks adorable in her little dance outfits and tap & ballet shoes.
