The Zoom

That's what Emma calls the zoo. She says, "Mama, can we go to the zoom and see animals?" She had a blast getting to go in the petting zoo (this was the first time I let her go in). She was not afraid of the animals at all. She walked right up to them and pet them. She just loved it. It's amazing how much difference a year makes. Last year she was interested but this year she is so much more interactive. She can name the animals and tell me what sound they make etc. It was really cool to see her face light up and actually ask to see specific animals like the bears and monkeys.
